Fantastic evening at The Old Church

Our 10th anniversary concert on 26th March was a hugh success and a brilliant evening was a had by all. It was a packed and hugely enthusiastic house and we raised a good sum for local charity N16 Boiler House.

I'm so proud of the choir who sang their hearts out and sounded beautiful, despite the awful news of 8 singers dropping out to covid that morning!

We were joined by a trusty crew of musicians - Kev and Jo on mandolin, guitars, sax, whistle and percussion, Gwenan on piano, Laura on violin, Helen on flute.

So nice to celebrate at the after-party too, including listening to young jazz band King Julian.

This felt like a really special event and what a lovely bunch of people there are in this choir. It was very sad that so many members missed out on taking part, after all the hard work preceding the concert. We will have to perform again with everybody there soon!
